She is a seasoned executive, social entrepreneur, speaker, and community leader with a broad background in both the government and non-profit sectors. Mosby serves as the second President and CEO of Vibrant Pittsburgh, a nonprofit economic development organization that was established to build a more diverse and inclusive Pittsburgh region by spearheading initiatives to attract, retain, and elevate a diverse workforce. Prior to her transition, she lead the Coro Center for Civic Leadership as President & CEO. Coro is a leadership training organization that for over 20 years has equipped those leading Pittsburgh with the resources they need to understand how decisions are made, how complex policies are shaped, and how to influence meaningful change.
