Today we talk about the self belief and if it could be impacting you take action. In my work I see all the time women who lack self doubt. When this is worked on and considered I see adherence to plans, strength and physical ability improve. It's a really interesting discussion.
We also discuss a listener question. They are struggling to make progress but they're eating 1500k. We talk it through and hopefully give the listener some things they can implement or tweak.
