After starting her career in Marketing, Tonya soon began working for SaaS businesses and has been doing so for the past 13 years. She moved from being customer-facing in Account Management and Customer Success roles, to making her customers the revenue-generating teams inside the business. Currently the Manager of Sales Enablement at CarGurus, Tonya has a passion for seeing others learn, grow, and succeed. After thriving as a solo act in Enablement, Tonya moved into her leadership role to both scales and elevate her work. Having built a Sales Enablement team from the ground up, Tonya knows firsthand what it takes to enable both sales and service reps to drive revenue, then sustain and grow it.
