The ongoing extreme climate activities including devastating hurricanes, dangerous bushfires, torrential rains and deadly heat waves are sending strong signals to take immediate & collective action by all the countries. A recent report recommends countries to work towards 5 policy levers including increasing their investment towards greener technologies, regulating carbon emissions, imposing taxes and subsidies, leading by example as global leaders as well as informing and educating society at different levels. So, let’s come together and take strong actions in the coming years. It’s time for us not only to set big milestones but also to convert them into concrete actions.
