Description

Clear Communication and effective feedback are definitely 2 key pillars of a strong and result-driven team. But there are some other important factors which were touched upon by Prof Bradley Hastings from UNSW Sydney when he joined us at Ultimate Global Podcast.  

Some of the elements discussed by him include:  

(1) Diversity: It is an essential component in any team. You can learn a lot when you work with people coming from different backgrounds and possessing varied skill-sets. Diversity may also give rise to debate and conflict but that expands your thinking horizon as well.   

(2) Purpose: A team should clearly know what they are set to achieve and how they are going to do that.   

(3) Learning: No team can progress and do better without adding skills and learning new things every day. You need to have a growth mindset by exploring something new every day.
