Let’s take some time this Sunday to talk about your Mental Health and how we can cope up with anxiety & depression.   

This can be caused by several issues going on in our personal life because of bad relationships with someone or if something bad has happened with us recently or even due to social media.   

Getting started with Mindfulness can definitely be a key strategy along with performing regular yoga sessions.   

Sharing your problem with your peers will make you feel lighter and reduce any unwanted anxiety.  

You can go out on a walk in the nature, listen to your favourite songs, read a book or do any such thing which helps you to relax your mind.   

If you are still not able to come out of it, consult a professional psychiatrist/ counsellor, who can understand your problem and provide a step-by-step guide to your concerns.
