The top 3 strategies suggested by him, which the companies could look at are: Cold Calling, Social Selling & making use of the latest technologies to boost their sales in 2022.   

He discussed about how important it is for the sales people to first be fully convinced about the product they are selling even before they start convincing other people. Ask as many questions as you can to your hiring managers about the product so that you can get all the information on the product.   

People coming from different industries and roles can definitely become good salespeople.  While recruiting new sales people, one of the key parameters for the hiring managers to look at could be how ambitious the individual is, what kind of overall impact they can create in the organisation and how well they can sell their personal brand.
