On today’s episode you’ll hear a conversation I had with Evan Transue. Growing up, Evan had what seemed like a great life. And, by most people's standards, he did! But, Evan also had a secret: His slowly worsening mental health challenges.
Not knowing what was happening, Evan truly thought he was crazy. Because of this, he didn't share what was happening in his mind and body, and this led to very serious consequences in his life. Now, Evan is a professional mental health speaker, primarily for youth, and he uses his story to encourage kids to ask for help if they are suffering in silence.
