Coaches just can’t keep themselves out of trouble. Even administrators and commissioners are stepping down for their behavior. NWSL, Minnesota Timberwolves, Las Vegas Raiders, the list goes on. It continues because we’ve allowed the coaching fraternity to exist without oversight. Allowing inappropriate, juvenile behavior to become engrained within company culture. Businesses are not immune, with companies like Facebook and Blizzard suffering from this frat boy behavior.
Today, we’ll discuss how this culture came to be starting with collegiate sports. How we let the adults in the situation take the money and act like children. Holding the children themselves to a higher standard. We are also looking into solutions to several issues within sports. Why men what’s sports. How we can increase the interests and revenue within women’s basketball/sports. Discuss ways to improve the NCAA structure and fix the Pro Bowl in sports.
