I got a call this morning. Asking about how I stay motivated. Which is honestly one of the most overused phrases in our lexicon. Rarely is there a problem with our motivation. Many things we do on a daily basis has nothing to do with our motivation. What I often find is that when there is a lack of a plan. A lack of guidance on where to go from here we get lost and confused. Don't feel like moving when in our hearts and minds we don't know where we are going. That's not motivation. We treat life like the gym. Carelessly showing up, with no exercise routine, and hoping for the best.
