It's been a fascinating Final Four for the NCAA and the NIT. I had athletes in both and was very excited for their historic runs. March Madness always generates inspirational stories and moments. Crazy right? The idea of thinking about yourself as an entree, a veggie or even a dessert seems off topic. Yet, it's all about how we perceive ourselves. Understanding who we feel like we are and who we truly are helps us stay on track. The more we understand ourselves the less trouble we have finding purpose and motivation. The teams that succeed in March Madness have the same quality as those that succeed in business. We know who we are. We know what we are here for. I know how my role completes the meal.
