Mid day
1. Address issues immediately
2. Deal with stress effectively.
3. Don't carry work over into your home life.
Evening:
1. Eat > 4 hrs before sleep
2. Move phone away from the bedside
3. Read or listen to something calming
4. Sleepy tea or chamomile no caffeine
5. Create an environment for sleep
