In this episode, we begin a three-part sermon series about the new KPC mission statement that was recently approved by Session as part of a visioning process undertaken by elders and staff since last spring.
The first phrase: "ROOTED IN CHRIST". We'll be exploring what it means for Kortright, and all of us, to be rooted in Jesus by looking at the two disciples on the road to Emmaus in Luke 24. Starting in a place of discontent, anxiety, and confusion, they encounter Jesus in a new and life-changing way, taking them to a place where they ready to embrace a community that witnesses to the hope of His resurrection.
