Description

We become so accustom to our high-paced, daily hustle that when we pause to be with loved ones, celebrate or simply enjoy time together it may be difficult to “just relax”.

We find ourselves creating stress where there may not be any.

This is our human body simply keeping us prepared for survival.

Our body craves the chemicals that we feel so regularly.

The ones that keep us “in the zone”, so to speak, so we can continue to create all of the amazing results we deliver each day.

Today, I invite you to notice when this may be happening.

This need or desire to create a rush, additional stress or loss of temper…

Just notice it and become aware.

Remind yourself you are human.

Tune into your breath and gently begin to shift to how you DO want to feel.

Peace, calm, presence….joy.  However you would like to feel.

Allow yourself to go there.  See if you can feel it.

It may not be perfect the first time.

That’s okay.

It is simply in the noticing that we begin to make the shift.

It is available for you.
