There is not always a direct path to achieving the best outcomes, but that is the beauty of it. Instead of trying to solve every problem outside, we can look inward and start building from there. Tebogo has offered me a great deal of fuel for thought on what it means to have a learning culture, how organizations can build around that and how to look at digitization.
