Meet Kylie -
Coach, human resources guru, author, speaker and facilitator.
Kylie spent 20+ years in the human resources world helping teams and organisations to thrive. Her passion for helping others is what drew her into the human resources space and has since carried her into becoming an executive coach and mentor.
This has led Kylie to creating two wonderful businesses Kylie James Coaching and RUBY HR – People and Culture Consultants.
Enough about the serious stuff though.
How Kylie would explain what she does is sprinkle fairy dust all over the world to help people tap into their potential and chase their dreams. She helps people find their purpose in life. She helps them imagine what’s possible. Yes fear does creep in, however, very rarely has she let it stop her…it might slow her down from time to time, however, she will eventually overcome whatever it is and step into the arena as Brene Brown would say.
