Hello true believers! This week's episode was a CRAZY one! I started by talking about the new Max Documentary 'Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV', the documentary revealing the racist, sexist, and pedophile behaviors that went on behind the scenes of numerous Nickelodeon kids TV sets from the late 90's till mid 2010's. I watched this documentary with my fiance, and after watching all four episodes, I talked about the horrors of the toxic work environment that people like Dan Schneider and Brian Peck created. I also talked about how various child celebrities on Nickelodeon were taken advantage of such as Amanda Bynes, Drake Bell, and Jennette McCurdy. Secondly, I reacted to the first trailer for the new Star Wars show 'The Acolyte', and talked about how people are overreacting and saying that the show will be "woke garbage" just because the director of the show is queer. Finally, I talked about the newest media controversy surrounding Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump and how they took his "bloodbath" comment out of context.
