Description

When Jesus began His ministry and ushered in a whole new era of the Kingdom, one of His most often quoted statements was “you have heard it said, but now I say to you…”. This meant that as God was releasing power from on high for new kingdom strategies that people might misunderstand that these new strategies do not undermine what was said before; in fact they take what has been released in concept and make it tangible. This is actually what a son and a daughter should feel like. They should feel like they have the privilege of reaching further than the last generation into the age to come and releasing the reality of heaven that makes the cloud of witnesses see that what they began is not fulfilled apart from us.
