This week I had the pleasure of sitting down and talking to Julz Meacheam. To be honest she was the person that made sure I never jude a book by its cover, you'll see why. When you meet her for the first time you may think that she has had the perfect life, but there's a lot more behind that smile.
Tragedy is something we all go through no matter who we are. Our worst day, is our worst day, don't get stuck up on the thought of who has it better or who has it easier because that will get you nowhere. Focus on you and make sure that at the end of the day you're alright, because if you don't take care of you, who will?
