Tequila Sunrise (1930s)
2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
1/2 oz Grenadine
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Sparkling Mineral Water
Add ingredients to a Collins glass over ice, add the Grenadine and Cassis last so they sink to the bottom, top up with soda water, garnish with a Lime Wheel.
Tequila Sunrise (1970s)
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Grenadine
Fresh Orange Juice
Add the Tequila and Orange Juice to a Collins glass over ice, add the Grenadine slowly so it sinks to the bottom, garnish with an Orange Wheel and a Cherry.
