1 1/2 oz Soju
3/4 oz Choya Plum Wine
Yuzu Soda

Add the Soju and Plum Wine to a highball glass, add ice to halfway and stir, add Yuzu soda and more ice, stir again to combine, garnish with Kiwi Pearls and Dragon Fruit.

Breakfast in America

1 oz Bourbon
1/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
1 oz Buttermilk
1 Whole Egg 

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice), add ice and shake again, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with Candied Bacon.

Pomodoro Negroni

2 Cherry Tomatoes
1 oz Gin
3/4 oz Italicus
1/4 oz Suze
1 oz Dry Vermouth

Muddle the cherry tomatoes in a mixing glass, add the remaining ingredients and ice, stir to chill and dilute, double strain into a rocks glass and garnish with Cherry Tomatoes, Mozzarella Pearls and Basil Leaves.
