1 oz Gin
1 oz Cynar
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Build in ice filled rocks glass, garnish with a Lemon Twist.
Scorched Earth
1 1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Cynar
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Optional: 1 Dash of Grapefruit Bitters
Add ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir to chill and dilute, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a flamed Lemon Zest.
