1 1/4 oz Shackleton Scotch
3/4 oz Creme de Cassis
3/4 oz Acqua Bianca
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Dash Lemon Bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, garnish with a mint sprig and - if you can find one - a whistle adorned glittery stirrer.
South Pole Swizzle
1 1/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Kummel
3/4 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a highball glass or Tiki mug filled with crushed/pebble ice, garnish with an orange twist.
