2 oz Rhum Agricole (VSOP)
1 1/2 oz Fresh Couldy Apple Juice
1/4 oz Allspice Dram
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass over single large ice cube.

1/2 part Vodka
1/2 part Cherry Juice
Combine ingredients, chill in freezer until ready to serve, pour into shot glasses when ready.
Mrs. Todd's Short Cut
1 1/4 oz Scotch Whisky
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
1/4 oz Benedictine
1 Barspoon Blue Curacao
6-8 Mint leaves
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with mint and/or something from another dimension.
