2 oz Sake
1/2 oz Gordon's Pink Gin
1/2 oz Archer's Peach Schnapps
2 dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters
3 teaspoons Lactic Simple Syrup*
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.
* Lactic Simple Syrup: Make up a Simple Syrup using 5% Lactic Acid Solution (5g Lactic Acid to 100g water)
