Fish House Punch
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
3/4 oz Peach Brandy
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Chilled Black Tea (or sparkling water)
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into ice filled glass
Shark's Tooth
1 oz Aged Barbados Rum
1 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Maraschino Liqueur
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into glass filled with pebble ice
