Sloe Gin Switch

1 oz Sloe Gin
1 oz Dry Gin
1/4 oz Cocchi Americano
1 dash Orange Bitters
2 oz Moscato Sparkling Rose

Stir the Gins, Cocchi and Bitters with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, top with 2 oz Moscato Sparkling Rose, Garnish with Black Grapes

The Moloko Plus by Morgan Schick at NoMad, San Fransisco

2 oz Rum (preferably Eldorado 12 year)
1/2 oz Crema de Mezcal (make your own Mezcal liqueur with a ratio of 80% Mezcal: 20% Agave Nectar) 
1/2 oz Bénédictine
3 oz Cardamom-Infused Milk*
1 Barspoon Simple Syrup (Paul suggests 1/4 - 1/2 oz)
2 dashes Orange Bitters
2 oz Sparkling Wine

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, strain into an ice filled highball glass, top with the Sparkling Wine.

* infuse 1 pint of milk with 1/4 Cup Cracked Cardamom pods - combine ingredients and warm on stove (without bringing to the boil) for 30 mins.
