1 oz Pineapple Rum
1/2 oz Pussers Navy Proof Rum
2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Cream
1/2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a large ice filled glass, garnish with a cinnamon quill and a dusting of nutmeg
