Yukiguni

30 ml Vodka
20 ml Cointreau
10 ml Fresh Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with fine sugar and drop a Green Minted Maraschino Cherry to rest in the bottom of the glass. 

Urban Break Lemonade by Keiko Tezuka

40 ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon
60 ml Rose Tea (at room temperature)
10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10 ml Agave Syrup
10 drops Cherry Bitters

Combine Rose Tea, Lemon Juice, Agave Syrup and Cherry Bitters in a rocks glass, add ice and stir to chill and dilute. Add bourbon as a float for presentation, garnish with a Dehydrated Lemon Slice and a Dried Rose Bud. Stir lightly to combine before drinking.
