Bitter Mac
1 3/4 oz Scotch Whisky
3/4 oz Becherovka
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
Briefly stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass to chill and dilute, then strain into a Cinnamon Smoked Double Old Fashioned Glass, over a large piece of ice, and garnish with an Expressed Twist of Lemon and a piece of Candied Ginger.
