1 1/2 oz Skittle Infused Sake*
1 oz Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a gummy octopus.
*Add 30 Skittles to 8 oz of Sake, let sit, stirring occasionally until the Skittles have been dissolved, then filter through a coffee filter to clarify (don't skip this part or your infusion will have a film of candy wax on top).

3/4 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
3/4 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
At least 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
Half a banana
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
