How did Brett Kavanaugh become Supreme Court Justice? Does it matter?

Both the Executive and the Legislative Branches are known and widely accepted

to be political. The Supreme Court, on the other hand, is expected to be a neutral Branch of our government.

Unfortunately, it is not. Supreme Court Justices do the bidding for the Party which appoints them. Because there is no further recourse beyond the Supreme Court, both major political Parties are always racing to place Judges which espouse their political views.

As such, the placement of Brett Kavanaugh - despite the stain of allege sexual assaults - is another example of how aggressive Republicans have been to completely destroy even the semblance of impartiality.

United States has become a non-democratic system but people continue to believe otherwise.
