Rubble is a soft word which carries a lot of weight (pun intended). Victims of devastation such as earthquake, hurricanes, bombardments in war have described being buried under piles of rubble as a very scary experience.
Survivors would suffer for a while - sometime through the rest of their lives - of claustrophobia ( a type of situational phobia where an individual struggling with great fear of small or closed spaces.)
Flashbacks of how it happened will continue to haunt most. As such, no one would poeticize rubble. Is it any different if the rubble in question are political?
