Alexander Hamilton said "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything." Hamilton was not alone to think so; Peter Marshall also believe "Those who stand for nothing fall for anything."
Republicans have always claimed rights to certain values they have long abandoned
1.- they claim to be Christian (& Christian Conservative) all the while supporting publicly the vile and outrageous behavior of the most apathetic individual
2.- they claim to be fiscally conservative all the while cheering for Representatives who propose to increase the national debt
3.- they claim to be patriots all the while supporting interference of enemy state in our system of democracy
When you stand for nothing, you fall for anything.
