Welcome to OHSCA Interviews! Today we have the MP for Thornhill joining us, The Honourable Peter Kent.
Before he became an MP, Peter was a journalist for over 40 years in Canada, the US, and around the world. He covered many important stories of the 20th century including the end of the Cold War and Nelson Mandela's Presidency. He was first elected in 2008 and became the Minister of State of Foreign Affairs, responsible for the Americas. In 2011, he became the Minister of Environment until 2013. After many years in Politics, he is retiring at the end of his current term
