Welcome to OHSCA Interviews! Today we have the former MP for Milton, and former Deputy Leader of the Conservative Party of Canada joining us, The Honourable Lisa Raitt.
Lisa was first elected in 2008 to be the MP for Halton. She was re-elected in 2011, and then was elected as the MP for Milton in 2015. From 2008-2015, Lisa served as the Minister of Natural Resources, Minister of Labour, and Minister of Transport. She ran for leadership in 2017, and when Andrew Scheer became leader, she was chosen to be the Deputy Leader of the Official Opposition. Currently, Lisa is a Vice-Chair of Global Investment Banking at CIBC.
