Welcome to OHSCA Interviews! Today we have the MP for Elgin—Middlesex—London joining us, Karen Vecchio.
Karen was first elected as the MP for Elgin-Middlesex-London in 2015 and was re-elected in the 2019 and 2021 federal elections. Prior to entering politics, she owned and operated a small business in London, Ontario and worked alongside former Member of Parliament Joe Preston as his Executive Assistant for 11 years. Karen currently serves as the Shadow Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth and the Chair of the Standing Committee on the Status of Women.
