This episode we talk about how to get support! We all need that one person...or even a group of people to tackle the chaos that comes with being a special needs parent. Sometimes you might just need someone to talk to, and other times you need to find out about resources that might be available. We talk about our journey creating a network of special needs parents that offer support in multiple ways. From Dad groups to mom get away trips, we share some of the resources and support opportunities that we have been able to achieve, by simply pulling together 2 parents for a coffee meet-up. Our goal as always, is to be authentic and real as we discuss the twists and turns of our special needs journey. We are vocal, real, honest and hardly ever politically correct, which in turn means...you never know what kind of Chaos they are going to stir up.
