IAN: A rambling absurdity in 12 parts.

IAN: The Vanishing Act tells the story of a mysterious -
LAUREN: and fictional -
IAN: -tragedy that occurred at a magic show way back in the 17th century and a rag tag group of
scientists, con men, theatre artists, and social climbers trying to unravel its mystery in the 1930s.
LAUREN : What follows is a globe-trotting farce from Germany to France to America where
our intrepid team of heroes -
IAN : Ehh, not really heroes -
LAUREN : Protagonists then, encounter European criminals, Hollywood elite, and pretentious
artists (other than themselves), all while doing their best to avoid engaging with the actual world
around them.
IAN : And Now... we are so proud to present to you, the first episode of The Vanishing Act.
