ICE-CREAM follows 14 year old Elgin Foster, as he spends the summer of 1988 in Arizona at his Dad's house. He begins to witness a string of children going missing throughout the summer, by the local ice cream truck man. However, nobody believes him - not even his own dad - so he and neighbor, Olivia, spark their own investigation and what they uncover about this man is truly horrific, gruesome and terrifying!
