This is Scarlett, Creator and Audio Engineer of On Asphalt Bones, a show about making something of yourself, even when the world is over. This is Episode 7: INEFFABLE. It is worth stating that On Asphalt Bones is best listened to in order - from Episode 1 through to the end - although we are confident enough in our production that we think, even as a standalone, you will really enjoy this episode!
Two small pieces of context that may be necessary: preceding the start of the show, a belt of fire and eyes - not ice, eyes - surrounded the Earth, glaring in at its inhabitants. Things have been... well, a little different since then.
Also, there is another being - of a similar calibre to this Eye-creature, known simply as the INEFFABLE. Go on, say its name - what, truly, could you stand to lose?
This numbers among my favourite episodes of this show which I wrote, and I am particularly proud of the audio engineering and the original soundtrack, composed and produced by yours truly.
Also of note are the incredible voice work of Sammy Christiansen as The Officer and Megan Scharlau as The Inquisitor, as well as the rest of our talented cast, editors, directors, and artists. Thank you all.
