We want to do is start healing that gut so we're gonna work on diet so that you're removing those stressors that you're putting in your body we're gonna look at rest how much or how much sleep are you getting we really do need 8 hours of sleep every night you know some people might do OK with seven .
Your kids should be getting 9 your teenagers might do best on 9 or 10 hours of sleep because teenage brains are growing but when we sleep that's actually when our bodies heal itself .
Our bodies can't heal when we're in a state of stress so you know when you're worried about everything all day and your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster and you know you're putting all these things in your body your body is not able to heal.
When we sleep at night that's when our body just really is able to get into that homeostasis and start all these restorative processes that's when our liver goes through its cycle that's when our kidneys go through their cycles so you wanna make sure that you're getting adequate rest and that's where.
I kind of talk to you about what are you doing at night what does your nighttime routine look like how can I help support you and give you the information that you need so that you're able to go to bed you know do you need to be removing blue lights from your bedroom at night you know electromagnetic fields, that might be interfering with your sleep uhm do you sleep in the middle of the day well maybe you need blackout curtains so that you actually get that the darkness that our bodies need to for the melatonin creation that happens in our brains um so diet rest exercise exercise is huge
I didn't realize how bad over exercising is for us so exercising too much can really stress us out but also not recovering not getting adequate recovery from our exercises construction can stress us out so we want to look at that and see are you moving are you getting enough motion throughout the day and are you overdoing it and you know we can.
I can help you come up with an exercise plan that works for you or you know recommend that maybe you see a personal trainer but that's what you would like to do and then we look at stress reduction which is huge stress reduction can come in the form of your cookware are you cooking with toxic cookware are you using toxic chemicals in your home.
