Unity is a rare thing. It is so beautiful in the Lord’s eyes, that it actually commands a blessing (Psalm 133). Peter tells us “above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.” There is a depth of fellowship and community the Church can only experience when they choose to love deeply. It is a picture of our triune God—the heavenly unity shared by the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. As we close out this series, “Into the Deep,” we will come full circle with our response to God’s deep love being a connection with each other.
