We’re about to experience that.



Ninja Skills for Stress and Success is lifting off Sunday! You may have only heard about it recently, but I’ve been working behind the scenes for a long, long time. I’ve been tapping my Sage and wrestling with my Saboteurs to get this out to you, and with the support of my team, my coaches, and great appreciation for my long lineage of teachers, this is ready. This is happening.



Our lift off has a singular purpose: Lifting you up.



You are the airplane. But what are your wings doing for you? Are you soaring high, seemingly effortlessly? For some of us our childhood wings seemed to be put on upside down, keeping us ‘safely grounded’ (stuck) in important ways. For all of us, in stressful moments, we can take a temporary nose dive.



Stress drives the brain into negativity. Not just superficial, but deep negativity. When we get stressed, it hurts us and those around us. The lie our brain tells us is that our negativity is for the best. Every lie has a little truth in it. Negativity is good, for about a half second to say, “heads up!” You need to dwell in negativity like airplanes need to nose dive. Not at all.



Ninja Skills is the polarity of ‘boot camp.’ Instead of being hard and preparing your for survival, it’s easy and makes the hard parts of life easier, and even beautiful. You see, your brain soars when you’re rising above stress. It’s easier, and burdens can become blessings.



In the next six weeks, you’ll learn your 5 Authenticity Superpowers and how to use them. You’ll learn how to see and stop your 10 Critical Saboteurs from limiting your life the way they always have. I’ll share more soon.



My mission is to create a world where everyone is more happy, successful, at their best, and living their best life, even when times are hard. That last part’s important, because hard stuff happens. If you’re in the thick of it, this will help.



I created Ninja Skills for Stress and Success to support that mission, and I’m excited to share it with you. I don’t know where you are in your journey, but I do know your brain is designed to lift you off the ground just like those wings, but only if you’ve successfully trained it to be in synch with what your life is today.
