Martin Plumlee, a Nashville native and a distinguished graduate of Hillwood Comprehensive High School in 1990, went on to earn his B.S. in Applied Economics from the U.S. Military Academy (USMA) at West Point in 1994. His career has been marked by military service, business success, and a commitment to community and family. Martin's military career spans active duty and reserves, with notable service in various leadership roles. In the business world, he has excelled in recruiting, sales, and management positions with notable companies. As the founder of Plumlee & Associates, he specializes in executive search and leadership development programs. His educational achievements include an International Business MBA from Tennessee Technological University, and he's a passionate educator who has taught college courses in Leadership and Business Management. Martin's extensive community involvement includes roles on non-profit boards and leadership positions in organizations like the Rotary Club and High Hopes Development Center. He's a family man with a strong commitment to service, earning recognition for his contributions over the years. In his free time, he enjoys distance running, reading, and spending quality moments with his family. He is happily married to Amy; they have two happy and healthy kids: Emma Grace (11) and Elijah (8). Their four-legged friends include Henry & Duke (sibling Great Danes) and Grover (cockapoo). Martin’s hobbies and interests include distance running, reading, Christian music, and spending quality time with family and close friends in his spare time.
