Naddiya says hello devika, today is good and nice. How are you?

Devika : Alhamdulillah I'm fine, how are you? I hope you are always healthy

Naddiya: yes I am fine too  dev, but today I am trying diet.

Devika : wow that's great, I hope the diet is successful

Naddiya : amen, thank you

Devika : btw what is your reason for trying diet nad?

Naddiya : actually it's because I want to take care of my health and my diet so I can get better

Devika : wow yes you are right during this pandemic we have to take care of our health

Naddiya : yes it's true dev, after all I feel my weight exceeds the normal limit so I want to go on a diet hehe

Devika : wow, what do you feel during the diet?

Naddiya : At first I didn't think I was used to it, because people on a diet can't eat carelessly, right?

Naddiya : I definitely try to reduce fried foods and also reduce carbohydrates
