Environmental, social and (corporate) governance (ESG) has been on the agenda for decades. 2021 marked the deadline for signatory countries to submit their plans to reduce greenhouse emissions by 2050. In light of the Upcoming ESG summit we have decided to bring on expert Max Mulholland an Analyst at Evergreen Consultants (a bespoke investment consulting firm) to discuss how Evergreen developed a framework that evaluates fund managers' approach to ESG investing. A system they now call Evergreen Responsible Investment Grading Index (ERIG Index). in this week's episode hear about how Max helped Evergreen establish this framework and how you can apply the ERIG Index framework to your portfolio and help you invest more ethically.
