In this episode I outline 7 tips that I believe can be useful for people to get more out of 2022.
1) 20 minutes of exercise(at the very least) 5 days a week.
2) Set yourself a regular wake up time.
3) Organize your time in depth.
4) Have 3 aims or goals for the year (no more than 3).
5) Learn at least 1 new skill, sport or subject.
6) Write shit down.
7) The key to progress Patience, Perspective, Persistence and Discipline.
