Ruben discuss the fact that war is bad and that violence is bad. Obvious stuff right? But you know what is justified? Self defense. If someone is hitting you it's on them to stop and if they won't, you probably need to hit them back. is it better to get out of violence with words? Obviously. of course what Ruben's really talking about is Ukraine.
