What is your vision?
The late Steve Jobs said, "If you are working on something that you really care about, you don't have to be pushed. The vision pulls you."
Too many people fear Mondays because they don't like their job - whether they are their own boss or work for someone else - while others love Mondays because they love or care about what they do.
